6AL-4V Titanium Bar, also known as Ti6Al4V Bar, Ti-6Al-4V Bar or Ti 6-4 Bar, is the most commonly used alloy. Aircraft Grade 5 Titanium Bar is significantly stronger than commercially pure titanium while having the same stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity, which is about 60% lower in Grade 5 Ti. Titanium Gr 5 Bar from NUFIT PIPING SOLUTIONS is used in the aerospace industry, and it is mainly used in variety of applications. Titanium UNS R56400 Bright Bar and Titanium Alloy Grade 5 Rod is 30% stronger than steel, but is nearly 50% lighter.

The Material of ASTM B348 grade 5, Ti-6AL-4V ELI Titanium Round Bar and Ti-6al-4v Bar are 60% heavier than aluminum, but twice as strong as Various types of titanium alloys with different compositions are used, Our Ti 6al-4v Grade 5 Titanium bar, Ti Alloy Grade 5 Rounds and Titanium Gr 5 Bars are used in both aircraft structures and engines. Ti-6AL-4V ELI Titanium Hex Bar, Ti-6AL-4V titanium round bar and Titanium Gr 5 Square Bar may be heat treated to increase its strength. It can be used in welded construction at service temperatures of up to 600° F.
